York Township-based PeoplesBank recently named Dennis Ginder as a senior vice president and chief credit officer.
Ginder, who previously served as chief credit officer for S&T Bank, brings over 37 years of experience in credit and credit management, underwriting and corporate management to the position.
Ginder said he was attracted to the position because of the relationships he developed with the bank’s representatives over the years, as well as its longstanding reputation in the community.
The new vice president said that he plans to become “part of the team” to learn what’s led to the bank’s success and to help navigate it through future changes in the industry.
“My hope is that with 37 years of experience I can bring some perspective as we go through the normal evolution that we need to go through,” he said.
