Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health opened a Lancaster-based practice specializing in diagnosing and treating fertility and reproductive conditions opened this month.
Penn Fertility Care — Lancaster General Health opened Oct. 19. The fertility practice, open five days a week, consists of a 15-member practice team that includes an advanced practice provider, embryologist and clinical and administrative support staff.
The practice offers specialty services including in vitro fertilization, fertility preservation, third-party reproduction and preimplantation genetic testing.
The new practice allows Lancaster General Health to offer fertility and reproductive care and services in the Lancaster region, said Geoff Eddowes, senior vice president and senior operating officer of the Lancaster-based system’s Women & Babies Hospital.
“By adding this practice, LG Health can serve the women and men in our community who want to start or grow their families,” he said.
Dr. Vasiliki Moragianni, a board certified provider in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, joins Lancaster General Health as one of the new facility’s physicians.
The new office is located at 2112 Harrisburg Pike Suite 110, Lancaster and is open Monday through Friday.
