to bigger digs in the Greenfield Corporate Center in East Lampeter Township this December.
The company will lease a 30,000-square-foot office and
warehouse at 1817 Colonial Village
Lane. The Lancaster County
facility is three times bigger than its current location in Lititz.
The remodeler plans to expand its showroom and office space
to accommodate the company’s growing business, owner Steve Rotay said in a
statement.
The company is outfitting the building with green materials.
Those materials will include energy-efficient, motion-detector lighting and
interior lighting, as well as flooring made of recycled materials.
