The development, known as Lincoln Pines, is located at 150 Commons Drive between Eastern Boulevard and East Market Street – and will feature 30, three-story townhouses.
Construction is expected to be complete in November, said Ashley Mentzer, spokesperson for Pasch.
“This area was chosen based off of its convenient location on and off of Route 30 and Industrial Highway,” she said. “Lincoln Pines is 30 minutes from Lancaster, 40 minutes from Harrisburg and one hour from Baltimore.”
Prospective renters can choose between two- and three-bedroom floor plans totaling 1,800 square feet including a garage, said Mentzer. Two-bedroom townhouses start at $1,250 a month while three-bedroom townhouses start at $1,350 a month.
Features include 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, 2.5 baths and laminate floors. The homes are designed for people with active lifestyles, said Mentzer, noting that among the amenities will be 24-hour maintenance and regular lawn care.
In addition to Lincoln Pines, Pasch completed construction recently at The Paddock at Equine Meadows in York Township. The development includes 174 two-story residences ranging in size from 1,500 to 3,372 square feet for people 55 and older.
