A groundbreaking was held Oct. 25 for Inspired Physical Therapy’s future home at 1 Legend Lane, Silver Spring Township, which will be a 10,800-square-foot single story building with an additional 728-square-foot mezzanine. 

Solanco Neighborhood Ministries is moving to a 7,500-square-foot-plus former Masonic Lodge at 14 S. Church St., Quarryville. The building gives the nonprofit 3,000 more square feet than it had before, allowing expansion of its food bank and additional office and program space. 

Let’s Roll leased 1,119 square feet at 132 Locust St. (Riverview Terrace), Columbia. Specializing in the sale, service and rentals of electric bikes, scooters and mopeds, Let’s Roll also has a location in Lancaster city. Rock Commercial Real Estate brokered the transaction. 

Surbrena Hargrove-Dunbar purchased the 4,000-square-foot condominium at 2213 Forest Hills Drive, Lower Paxton Township, where she will be opening Precious Moments Adult Day Center. Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. handled the transaction.
