Barton Healthcare will provide mechanical, plumbing and fire-protection design services for 17,000 square feet of laboratory and eye clinic renovations at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. Renovations will include microbiology and histopathology labs, lab automation for specimen processing, an open lab for chemistry urinalysis and a hematology lab. Stewart C Cluck Architect LLC is the project architect.
Verber Dental Group reopened at 3920 Market St. in Hampden Township after $2.1 million in renovations. The expanded facility includes the new Verber Advanced Dental Institute for complex rehabilitative, cosmetic and implant dental cases, including TMJ disorders, headaches and other bite-related issues. Eichelberger Construction Inc. was the general contractor; KD3 Design Studio Inc. was the architect.
Reynolds Consulting Engineers of Harrisburg will provide engineering review services for record documents at Milton Hershey School’s Venice Student Homes.
Reynolds will provide architectural and engineering services at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center to replace chilled water system components, as well as the fitness center and shallow steam tunnel projects.
Reynolds will perform structural evaluations at Indian Valley and Indian Crest middle schools in Souderton Area School District in Montgomery County.
York-based Kinsley Construction will construct four- and five-bedroom suite-style housing units for Immaculata University in Chester County. Phase 1 will be completed in time for the fall semester. Crabtree Rohrbaugh & Associates is the architect.
