Paychex Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., leased 7,000 square feet of office space at 2405 Park Drive in Lower Paxton Township from Szeles Real Estate and Development. Landmark Oncor International and the Acclaim Group represented the tenant.
Nevzad and Senija Basic, owners of Dolce Vita Restaurant in East Pennsboro Township, purchased a commercial property at 1509 Market St. in Camp Hill. RSR Realtors represented the buyers; Landmark Oncor International represented the seller.
Swatara Township-based Skelly and Loy was awarded two two-year, $1.5 million, open-end contracts by the West Virginia Division of Highways, one for natural resources services and one for cultural resources services. The natural resource contract includes wetland studies, environmental assessments and categorical exclusion evaluations. The cultural resources contract involves archaeological and geomorphology studies, and analyses of historic resources.
