Eichelberger Construction Inc., a general construction firm in Dillsburg, was awarded the construction contract for a new Waypoint Bank branch in Elizabethtown. The service and maintenance division of ECI will handle the construction of a new, approximately 2,600-square-foot facility. The building is a frame structure with brick veneer and a drive-up canopy. The project was scheduled to began in July and be completed by Oct. 1.
Facilities Planners Architects Inc., a multidisciplinary planning, architecture and interior design firm, was selected to provide architectural and interior design services for a new 25,000-square-foot office building for Kusic Capital Group at 4230 Crums Mill Road, Lower Paxton Township. The first floor of the building will be leased to Holy Spirit Hospital for an imaging center.
LEASE/PURCHASE
Tri-Starr Services of Pennsylvania, an administrative staffing service, leased a two-story, 4,000-square-foot office condominium at Crooked Oak Village, 600-C Eden Road, Lancaster. Tri-Starr relocated its Lancaster office and corporate offices to this location. Its Capital Region office remains at the West Shore Office Center, 214 Senate Ave., Camp Hill.
The Bravo Group, a public-affairs communications firm, relocated from State Street in Harrisburg to the seventh, eighth and ninth floors of the office building at 20 N. Market Square, next to city hall in downtown Harrisburg. NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, represented the building owner and Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Prosthetic Care signed a five-year lease for 1,200 square feet of office space at 940 Century Drive, Mechanicsburg. Bennett Williams Realty Inc., York, handled the lease arrangements. Prosthetic Care is expected to open
Sept. 1.
Pennsylvania State Bank, headquartered in Camp Hill, purchased a 1.08-acre site at the southwest corner of Allentown Boulevard and Jonestown Road, Lower Paxton Township, from Richard Yingst Jr. The bank will construct its second East Shore branch at this location. That will bring the total number of its branches to six. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, represented the bank and NAI-Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, represented the seller in the transaction.
Aftermarket Automotive Care Inc. purchased a 2,500-square-foot commercial building at 440 Loucks Road, York. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, represented the seller, GN Associates. Coldwell Banker-Rotz Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.
Mid-State Millworks purchased a 7,800-square-foot industrial flex building at 2950 Jefferson St., Harrisburg. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, represented Mid-State Millworks, and Rothman Schubert and Reed represented the seller, David Dodd, in the transaction.
The Governor’s Action Team renewed its office lease of 2,700 square feet on the first floor of 100 Pine St., Harrisburg, with McNees Wallace & Nurick. NAI-Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, assisted in negotiating the lease.
Capital Flooring Inc., a provider of floor coverings, extended its lease at Brandywine Plaza, 2201 Paxton Church Road, Harrisburg. The company also expanded its showroom at that site. The building is owned and managed by Triple Crown Corp., Harrisburg. Triple Crown handled the leasing transaction.
Valley Water Treatment Inc., which specializes in water treatment systems, leased 3,400 square feet of office and warehouse space at 937 Nixon Drive in Mechanicsburg. Wolfe & Shearer Realtors of Carlisle handled the transaction.
Letort Glass, which specializes in stained glass merchandise and classes, leased 1,560 square feet of retail space at Castles Commons, 200 S. Spring
Garden St., Carlisle. Wolfe & Shearer Realtors of Carlisle handled the lease arrangements.
