Print All Inc. leased 3,648 square feet of industrial space at 421 W. King St. in East Berlin. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

CPT Consolidation & Distribution Inc. leased 30,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2850 Appleton St. in Lower Allen Township from 2850 Appleton Associates LP. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented both parties.

Robert Lomison purchased a 4,000-square-foot office property at 2650 N. Third St. in Harrisburg from Edan Partners. Landmark Oncor International represented the buyer; High Associates Ltd. represented the seller.

Edie Enterprises LLC purchased a 1.42-acre industrial lot on Industrial Road in Highspire from Williams Holding Group LLC. The site has been approved for a 10,000-square-foot flex warehouse. Landmark Oncor International represented both parties.

Epas Learning Center purchased a 7,000-square-foot commercial building at 277 Lauffer Road in Londonderry Township from Keystone Human Services for a day care facility. Century 21 Piscioneri Realty Inc. of Camp Hill represented the buyer; Landmark Oncor International represented the seller.

Eastern PCM LLC of Harrisburg will manage the demolition and environmental cleanup of the former Domestic Linens building in midtown Harrisburg. The site is being prepared for Harrisburg Area Community College educational facilities.

Miller Solutions LLC of Schuylkill Haven, which specializes in home improvement and construction products, leased 23,544 square feet of retail space in the Gateway Shopping Center in Hampden Township from Gateway Square Associates. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented both parties.

Action Delivery Service, a delivery and warehousing company, leased 5,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1405 Hagy Way in Susquehanna Township. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented both parties.

Warfel Construction Co. of East Hempfield Township signed a $4 million contract to expand and renovate the Philip and Muriel Berman Museum of Art at Ursinus College in Montgomery County. The new 4,200-square-foot wing will feature an open area to study and exhibit the museum’s permanent collection, and space for storage, lectures and galleries, including a rooftop gallery. The historic stone building was constructed in 1921. Warfel began work on the 10-month project in June. Philadelphia-based Towers & Miller Architects is the project architect.

Barton Healthcare signed a contract to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for a two-story, 17,700-square-foot office building that is being renovated into a general practice medical office for South East Lancaster Health Services and Lancaster General Hospital. Upon completion in the spring, the building will house 24 exam rooms for women’s and babies’ health, general practice and community services.

Barefoot Yoga and Wellness Studio opened at 102 S. Market St. in downtown Mechanicsburg. It offers a variety of classes in yoga, belly dancing and tai chi, as well as reflexology, massage and hypnotherapy.

The Quandel Group Inc. of Lower Paxton Township signed a contract to manage construction of the $23 million Wyalusing Valley Elementary School in Bradford County. The 127,000-square-foot school for kindergarten through grade six will be behind the district’s junior-senior high school. Construction is to begin in October and be completed by July 2011.

The American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania leased space in the Business Journal Center at 1500 Paxton St. in Harrisburg. RSR Realtors of Lemoyne represented the tenant; Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. of Lemoyne represented the landlord.

Pyramid Construction Services Inc. of Hampden Township signed contracts to construct a Members 1st Federal Credit Union branch in a Giant Food Store at Carlisle Market Place in Carlisle and an expansion of a Wears Like New store at the West Shore Plaza in Lemoyne. It also signed a contract for an office fit-out for affiliate The Quandel Group at 3003 N. Front St. in Harrisburg,

Barton Education of York signed a contract to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for 45,000 square feet of renovations to the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in Lancaster. Barton will design upgrades to the facility’s central plant and main HVAC equipment as well as design piping and ductwork upgrades to accommodate renovations to the third floor, which will create space for computer and print labs as well as design studios.

Hoffman Die Cast Technologies leased 9,520 square feet of industrial space at 137 Commerce Drive in Shrewsbury Township. Springwood Commercial Realty of York Township represented the tenant.

Dr. Mark Olivetti leased 1,720 square feet. of commercial space at 5521 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township. Landmark Oncor International represented both parties.

PinnacleHealth Medical Services signed a long-term lease for 7,566 square feet of office space at 810 Sir Thomas Court in Lower Paxton Township. Campbell Commercial Real Estate of Lemoyne represented the tenant; Landmark Oncor International represented the landlord.

Ninco Ltd. purchased a 5,000-square-foot office building at 3120 Parkview Lane in Swatara Township from Village Finance Co. Inc. Commercial Realty Group Inc. of Lemoyne represented the buyer; Landmark Oncor International represented the seller.
