The Scanman, which copies and scans large quantities of documents, leased 750 square feet of office and processing space at 929 Kranzel Drive in Lower Allen Township. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township handled the negotiations.
Reynolds Consulting Engineers of Harrisburg will perform heating, ventilation and air-conditioning work, as well as LEED-commissioning services, for capital projects with the Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland.
Reynolds Energy Services signed a contract with St. Clair Area School District to provide an energy-savings program, including replacing boilers, air-conditioning units and controls, for St. Clair elementary and middle school.
Barton Education of York provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing-design services for a 66,000-square-foot elementary school in York Suburban School District. The school will have a geothermal heating and cooling system, as well as a solar water heating system for domestic plumbing. The district will seek Silver Level LEED certification for the project. Construction is scheduled for completion in June 2010. Barton Education is a division of Barton Associates Inc., a consulting engineering firm in York.
Donnelly Steen Co. LLC leased 958 square feet of office space at 1800 E. Market St. in Springettsbury Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC of York represented both parties.
Aerotek Inc. leased 2,880 square feet of office space at 2315 Susquehanna Trail N. in Manchester Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.
SE Partners LP bought a 1,302-square-foot commercial property at 800 N. Highland Ave. in West Manchester Township from JLAAC Management LLC. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.
New York Life Insurance Co. renewed its lease at 3401 N. Front St. in Susquehanna Township with Riveroaks Associates. Landmark Commercial Realty and Cushman and Wakefield of New York assisted with the negotiations.
Network Deposition Services leased office space at 2000 Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township from Patriot Investment Associates. Landmark Commercial Realty handled the transaction.

Transcore LP leased 1,760 square feet of office space at 845 Sir Thomas Court in Lower Paxton Township from English Gap LLC. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the tenant; Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner.
