Smith Elliott Kearns & Company moved its Hanover office to 55 Wetzel Drive. SEK&Co will share the 16,000-square-foot facility with Hanover-based Weber Insurance, which is expected to move there early this year.
Attorney John A. Davidson will move his law office to 107 N. Front St., Harrisburg. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township handled the deal.
Smith Land & Improvement acquired a 2.2-acre tract of land along Lamb’s Gap Road in Hampden Township from local investors. RSR Realtors of Lemoyne handled the deal.
Facilities Planners Architects Inc. of Lower Paxton Township will design and manage renovations and expansion to Mid Penn Bank’s branch at 4622 Carlisle Pike, Hampden Township.
Huntington Learning Center of Harrisburg opened in the Colonial Commons Shopping Center at 5094-D Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township. The center will help students struggling with basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, spelling, phonics, study skills and other factors that affect academic achievement. Certified teachers will offer personalized instruction to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Irfan Salam leased 1,500 square feet of retail space for a cigar shop at 1752 E. Lincoln Highway in Franklin County from Rose-Mir Partnership. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented both parties.
RJH Investments LLC bought Paxton Center Apartments, a 64-unit apartment complex at 2300 Vartan Way in Susquehanna Township, from Kelley-Bui Partnership. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented the buyer in the deal.
Martin Insurance Agency moved to a newly renovated office building at 10 Colonial Ave., Millersville. The property is behind the company’s former building.
Glynn LLC purchased the Colonial Crossings Shopping Center at 700-736 Colonial Road in Lower Paxton Township as an investment property. Commercial Realty Group Inc. of Lemoyne represented the buyer; CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
Turner Construction of New York opened an office in the Dauphin County Veterans Memorial Building at 112 Market St. in Harrisburg. The Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority owns and manages the building.
Gabron Lighting Inc., a Lancaster County-based lighting wholesaler and manufacturer, leased 2,150 square feet of retail space at 3200 Paxton St. in Swatara Township from the Irene Wolford Trust. Commercial Realty Group negotiated the lease.
Core – Design Group LLC, an architectural and structural-engineering firm, relocated its main office to 950 Smile Way in the York City Industrial Park.
Jordan Floors leased a 3,000-square-foot warehouse in Newberry Township from Henry and Alice Treffinger. High Associates Ltd. of Upper Allen Township negotiated the lease.
