REAL ESTATE NEWS: openings, contracts, transactions, relocations

Jerich II LLC purchased a 22,000-square-foot office property at 4251 Crums Mill Road in Lower Paxton Township from AXA Network LLC. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented the buyer; Landmark and Cushman and Wakefield New York represented the seller.

Conner Management purchased a 20,000-square-foot office property at 940 East Park Drive in Lower Paxton Township. Landmark Commercial Realty handled the sale.

Riverview Manor Associates LP purchased the 76-unit Riverview Manor apartment building at 1517-1525 N. Front St. in Harrisburg from The Riverview Manor Inc. The building is scheduled to be reopened next summer after repairs and upgrades. Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the sale.

CSC Properties purchased a 2,725-square-foot commercial property at 1501 Market St. in Camp Hill from John Beall. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the buyer; NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the seller.

Mortgage broker Signature Finance and Consulting leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 400 Nationwide Drive in Susquehanna Township from MOS Real Estate LP. NAI CIR represented both parties.

Commerce Bank/Harrisburg expanded the space it leases in the Swatara Business Center building at 4400 Lewis Road in Swatara Township by 2,386 square feet. The building is owned by NN&S Associates. NAI CIR represented both parties.

Vanity Hair Studio opened at 59 N. Main St. in Red Lion. It will provide salon services for men and women. In addition to haircuts, styling and coloring, it will also provide ethnic hair services such as relaxers, extensions, straightening, curl reformations, braiding and scalp treatments.

Hawk Acres Enterprise Place, a 119-acre business park, opened in South Lebanon Township. The park is zoned for industry and has all utility services available. Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corp. developed and owns the park.

Moneque Posey and Audrey Winters leased a facility at 4900 Constitution Ave. in Lower Paxton Township from Stason Properties for the Garden of Learning Child Development Center. After renovations, the center is scheduled to open this month. Commercial Realty Group Inc. of Lemoyne negotiated the lease.

Letort Property Solutions LLC bought Fox’s Pizza at 1900 Spring Road in North Middleton Township. RSR Realtors of Lemoyne represented the buyer; MCA Business Brokers of Lower Paxton Township represented the seller.

A walking trail was developed and opened around Westport Business Park in Lower Allen Township. Chester C. Snavely Jr., owner of The Anchor Organization and Anchor Development, donated the land for the trail to Cumberland County and Lower Allen Township.
