Standards Hair Salon leased commercial space at 304 Market St. in Lemoyne from Hogg Properties LLC. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented both parties.

Daniel Kerr Marketing leased office space at 105 N. Front St. in Harrisburg from Earl and Barbara Etzweiler. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the parties.

Cameron Supply leased warehouse space at 207 Walnut Alley in New Cumberland from Capital Property Management. Landmark Commercial Realty represented both parties.

James Craft & Son Inc. of Newberry Township signed a $6.6 million contract with Brethren Village Retirement Community of Manheim Township for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning work on the community’s welcome center, health care center and central plant. Craft also will renovate the HVAC system for the Village Manor assisted-living facility.

The U.S. Marine Corps leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Carlisle Commons at Noble Boulevard and Hanover Street in Carlisle from DDRTE Carlisle Commons LLC. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented the tenant.

Moorehead Communications leased 1,750 square feet of retail space in the Randolph Park Shopping Center at 1720 Queen St. in Spring Garden Township from Randolph Park Associates LP. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Trivalent Benefits Consulting Inc. leased 2,446 square feet of office space at 126 W. Church St. in Dillsburg from ECI Properties.

Facilities Planners Architects Inc. of Lower Paxton Township will provide design and project management services for renovations to Harrisburg-based Beth El Temple. The project will include construction of a handicap-accessible extended bimah, or altar, new seating and upgrades to the flooring, walls, HVAC system and sanctuary lighting. A new quiet room will be created adjacent to the sanctuary. Sisterhood Hall, the religious school area and the synagogue common areas also will be upgraded.

147 N. Cameron Street Partners LP bought the Howard Enterprises building at 147 N. Cameron St. in Harrisburg. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the buyer; RSR Realtors of Lemoyne represented the sellers.

Super Shoes-H.H. Brown Shoe Company Inc. leased 20,000 square feet of retail space at York Marketplace in Springettsbury Township for 10 years. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC of York represented the tenant.

Finders Keepers relocated to 4,500 square feet of retail space that it leased in Prospect Plaza at 2811-2813 E. Prospect Road in Springettsbury Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Southern Cross Logistics Inc. leased 180,000 square feet of industrial space at 2800 Concord Road in Springettsbury Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Hlubb & Associates leased 800 square feet of office space at 1 Marketway West in York. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
Ronin Tattoo Supply leased 676 square feet of retail space at 40 W. 11th Ave. in Manchester Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

J.A.N.E. LP bought a 44,643-square-foot industrial building on 6.5 acres of land at 120 North St. in Loganville from Komax Systems York. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

WellSpan Properties Inc. bought 6.3 acres of commercial land at Lot 9 on Constitution Avenue near Shrewsbury from DAK Properties LP. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Black Consulting Services Inc. has relocated to 2051 State Road in Camp Hill.

Health Network Laboratories LP leased 1,990 square feet of office space at 465 Phoenix Drive in Chambersburg from Ed Straley for a laboratory. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented the tenant.

Little Caesars leased 1,673 square feet of retail space in The Shoppes at Bloomfield Village on Lititz Pike and Bloomfield Drive in Manheim Township from Springwood Development partners LP for a pizza shop. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented the tenant.

K&W Engineers and Consultants of Swatara Township signed a contract with R.S. Mowery & Sons of Silver Spring Township to provide site and civil engineering services for South Third Development Corp.’s boutique hotel at 312-314 Chestnut St. in Harrisburg.

Jaspen Inc. leased 2,366 square feet of retail space in the Castleton Shopping Center at 312-314 Honeysuckle Drive in East Donegal Township from Eleventen LLC for a Snap Fitness center. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented the tenant; Commercial Prime Properties represented the landlord.
