Kane Warehousing Inc., a Dunmore, Lackawanna County-based third-party logistics firm, leased 154,000 square feet of space in Upper Allen Business Park at 571 Independence Ave. in Upper Allen Township for three years. The facility includes 50 dock doors with dock shelters, a sprinkler system, air-conditioned space and 68 trailer stalls. CB Richard Ellis Inc. of Harrisburg represented the tenant.

East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming Inc., an international planning, design and construction-management firm, relocated its Lancaster-area office to 101 Millersville Road in Manor Township.

Johnson City, N.Y.-based Meier Supply Company Inc., a supplier of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning products and services, leased 8,400 square feet of warehouse space at 300 High St. in Hanover from Kapp Advertising Service Inc. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the tenant; Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented the landlord.
Premier Construction Group Inc. of Monaghan Township began construction of two 4,200-square-foot Commerce Bank/Harrisburg branch offices, one in East Lampeter Township and the other in Dover Township. The East Lampeter project includes demolition of a building.

D. E. Gemmill Inc. of Chanceford Township completed several projects at Monroe Marketplace in Selinsgrove, Snyder County. The company made and installed about 400 traffic/location signs, painted approximately 2,000 parking spaces and installed several steel bollards. Signage included traffic signs on Route 11/15, directional and location signs throughout the 125-acre site, and handicap and stop signs. D.E. Gemmill provides pavement markings and maintenance, signage and graphics, banners and more.

The University of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Child Welfare Training Program relocated its office to 3333 Beale Ave. in Altoona. NAI CIR represented the tenant; and Estep Realty represented the landlord, Logan Partners LLC.

Silver Spring Township leased 1,342 square feet of office space on the first floor of the building at 1300 Bent Creek Blvd. in the township from Perfect Partners for the township’s codes office. NAI CIR represented the owner.

Caring Hand Chiropractic Wellness Center Inc. leased 627 square feet of office space at 6 Kacey Court in Upper Allen Township from Jolene Cocciardi. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented the owner.

Imagination Island Learning Center Inc. bought the former Garrison Day Care Center at 4969 Berkley St. in Lower Paxton Township. Landmark Commercial Realty handled the transaction.

JLD Systems Ltd., which provides engineering services and new-product development, relocated to 2730 Shenck Road in East Hempfield Township.

Bridgestone/Firestone Inc. leased 3,380 square feet of retail space in Hanover Crossing at 55 Eisenhower Drive in Hanover. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC of York represented both parties.

Wachovia Securities LLC leased 4,085 square feet of office space at 3411 Concord Road in Springettsbury Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

SL Realty leased 216 square feet of office space at 3291-A N. George St. in Manchester Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

TCS Real Estate LP bought 2.6 acres of industrial land at Stoneridge Commerce Park Lot 7, off Fulling Mill Road in Lower Swatara Township, from Conewago Contractors Inc. The site includes a fully approved industrial land-development plan for a 16,650-square-foot building. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
