Kanokoshi Judo Center leased 3,652 square feet of commercial space at 5450 Derry St. in Swatara Township from Dixon’s Place LP. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented the owner of the property.

David A. and Sally Ann Young purchased a 13,000-square-foot office property at 6 Kacey Court in Upper Allen Township from Jolene M. Cocciardi. Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the sale for Cocciardi.

Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP leased 2,942 square feet of office space at 200 N. Third St. in Harrisburg from Third and Locust Associates LP. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner in the long-term deal.

Never Say Die LLC leased 1,540 square feet of retail space at 5450 Derry St. in Swatara Township from Dixon’s Place LP. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the building owner.

Third Street Development LP purchased a 9,420-square-foot office building at 1425-1429 N. Third St. in Harrisburg from the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority. Fulton Bank will relocate its branch office a block away to the first floor of the building at 1425-1429 N. Third St., and the second floor will be renovated into office space. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg handled the transaction.

Goodwill Keystone Area leased 12,927 square feet of retail space at 4880 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township from Hampden Center Inc. Goodwill plans to relocate its West Shore store to the site. NAI CIR represented the tenant; Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented the landlord.

Facilities Planners Architects Inc. of Lower Paxton Township will provide architectural services to Lobar Inc. of Dillsburg for a designbuild contract with the Stryker Brigade Lebanon Readiness Center in Lebanon.

Funny Farm Investors LP bought 50.7 acres of industrial land on Susquehanna Trail South in Springfield Township from The Estate of Frank O. Larkin. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC of York represented both parties.

Century 21 Heritage Realty bought a 13,000-square-foot commercial property at 300 E. Market St. in Hallam from Chris Pinkerton. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

Jim’s Guitars Inc. leased 1,950 square feet of retail space at 2331 E. Market St. in Springettsbury Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Liberty Tax Service leased 709 square feet of retail space at 117 N. George St. in York. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Boyle, Neblett & Wenger and Kope & Associates leased 670 square feet of office space at 11 E. Market St. in York. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Centre County-based Sponaugle Construction Services, which has an office in Derry Township, is managing construction of a $2.5 million renovation of the former Pfaltzgraff Design Studio into the South Howard Street Condominiums, or SoHo project, in York. The project includes converting the approximately 17,000-square-foot building into 13 condo units, with a penthouse level.

Barton Education completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for four projects for Penn State University. The projects included renovations to two engineering labs, the conversion of a turkey research building into an aquatic research facility, an addition to the Pollock Landscaping Building and a new team clubhouse for the varsity golf teams. Barton Education is a division of Barton Associates Inc., a consulting engineering firm in York.

KoKoMo’s Express leased space at Windsor Park Shopping Center in Lower Allen Township and plans to open within a month. High Associates Ltd.’s Harrisburg regional office handled the transaction.

Jim Elsner State Farm Insurance Co. leased space at 298 S. Progress Ave. in Harrisburg and is relocating there from 301 Chestnut St. in Harrisburg. The State Farm Jim Elsner agency offers insurance and financial services. High Associates’ Harrisburg regional office represented the tenant, and Landmark Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Ace Mobility leased 8,000 square feet of industrial flex space at 7917 Derry St. in Swatara Township. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant, and RSR Realtors of Lemoyne represented the landlord, DP Partners.

Complete Closing Services, a title company, leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 219 S. 10th St. in Cumberland County. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant, and NAI CIR represented the landlord, Conewago Contractors Inc.
