Helen Botterbusch of LB Fitness Enterprises Inc. purchased Shapes Plus Fitness of Middletown from Shapes Plus Inc. MCA Business Brokers of Lower Paxton Township handled the transaction.
An Apple Store, which will carry a full line of Apple computer and technology products, opened at Park City Center, a mall in Lancaster County.
Mighty Dog Software leased a 9,830-square-foot space at Park City Center in Lancaster County for a Mighty Dog Family Fun Center. The center, which plans to open in October, will provide glow-in-the-dark mini golf, mini bowling, an arcade, computers, a snack bar, a Makoto sports-fitness arena and facilities for birthday parties.
Roosevelt Window & Siding Supply Co. leased 10,080 square feet of industrial space at 205 Roosevelt Ave. in York for three and a half years. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC of York represented both parties.

Barton Healthcare of York completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services at PinnacleHealth System’s Polyclinic Campus, Landis Building. The project included renovations to the 21,500-square-foot fourth floor of the building to support a long-term acute-care unit. Barton Healthcare is a division of Barton Associates Inc., a consulting engineering firm.
Cardin & Miller Physical Therapy PC relocated to a 6,700-square-foot suite at 290 E. Pomfret St. in Carlisle. Run 4 Your Life Inc., a specialty footwear store for runners, also opened at the location.
Barton Education of York signed a contract with Mifflin County School District to provide mechanical design services to replace the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system in the 200,000-square-foot Lewistown Area High School. Barton Education is a division of Barton Associates.
