Skynet Co. LLP purchased a 14-unit apartment building at 27- 29 S. 19th St.
in Harrisburg
from the Estate of M. Fornwalt. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro
Township represented both
parties.

Jaspen Inc. leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in Main Street Center at 800
E. Main St. in Mount Joy
for a Snap Fitness fitness-center franchise. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett
Williams of York
represented the tenant and the landlords, Lancaster Storage Co. and Treztark V
Ltd.

Goodfarm LLC leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in Snyder Square
Shopping Center at 1540 Cowpath Road near Hatfield, Montgomery County, for a Snap Fitness
fitness-center franchise. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams
represented the tenant, and Interstate Commercial Real Estate represented the
landlord, Houston Equities II LP.

Quiznos Subs leased 1,458 square feet of retail space in Maidencreek Towne
Center at 850 Golden Drive near Blandon, Berks County,
for a sub shop. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented the
tenant; Re/Max of Reading
represented the landlord, Maidencreek Ventures II LP.

Chester Square Properties LP bought a 35,000-square-foot
commercial building that formerly housed a Giant Foods Store at 4215 N. George St.
in East Manchester Township
from Lois A. Jordan for $1.9 million. Chester Square Properties also bought a
27,875-square-foot shopping center on North
George Street from Chester Square II LP for $2.4
million. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented all the
parties.

Hartman Family Realty bought two acres of commercial land at
Belle and Cape Horn roads in York
County from TTMT LLC for
$900,000. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented the buyer;
LMS Commercial Real Estate of Lancaster County and Bennett Williams represented
the seller.

VEL Holdings LLC bought Tubby’s Night Club in Duncannon. MCA
Business Brokers of Lower Paxton Township represented the seller.

Apex Maintenance Group LLC of Susquehanna Township installed
interior and exterior signs at Gettysburg
National Military
Visitor Park
in Adams County. Signs were also installed for Ci
Ci’s Pizza in Lancaster County and Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race
Course in Dauphin
County.

Christopher Homer leased warehouse and flex space at 1059 Columbus Ave.
in Lower Allen Township
from D&B Properties for a machine shop. Landmark Commercial Realty
represented the landlord.

First Fidelity New Oxford LP purchased a 16-unit townhouse
complex at 6975 New Oxford Road
in West Hanover Township
from Eastern 1031 Starker Exchange. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the
buyer.

Harrisburg Fondue Inc. leased 4,000 square feet of retail
space in Scottsdale Plaza at 3350
Paxton St. in Swatara Township
from Briarcliff Realty for The Melting Pot restaurant. Coldwell Banker
Commercial Bennett Williams represented the landlord.

Lifestyle Rentals LLC leased 4,000 square feet of retail
space in Scottsdale Plaza at 3350
Paxton St. in Swatara Township
from Briarcliff Realty for a Premier Rentals rental store. Coldwell Banker
Commercial Bennett Williams represented the landlord.

Intelligencer Mailing and Fulfillment Services Inc. opened a
70,000-square-foot mailing and fulfillment center at Greenfield
Corporate Center
in East Lampeter Township.
The facility brings the firm’s mailing and fulfillment operations under one roof
and more than doubles IMFS’ size and capacity. IMFS is a subsidiary of the
Intelligencer Printing Co.
