New Cumberland Federal Credit Union purchased a 1.25-acre
site at 6696 Carlisle Pike in Silver
from Team Rahal of Mechanicsburg Inc. for a branch office. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the
King of Prussia-based PRO2 Philadelphia LLC leased 4,000
square feet of space at 8176
Presidents Drive in Swatara Township

Sidonia Corp., which sells and installs replacement windows,
leased 5,200 square feet of warehouse space at 5500 Paxton St. in Swatara Township.

Carlisle-based Allen Distribution, a third-party logistics
provider, leased 190,400 square feet of warehouse space at 1485 W. Commerce Ave. in South Middleton
Township from Liberty

Central Farmers Market at 117 N.
Hanover St. in Carlisle.
The 10,000-square-foot Boonsboro Free Library, which was
designed by Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects of York, opened in April. The
$1.6 million facility is a branch of Washington County Free Library near Hagerstown, Md. The Boonsboro library includes a children’s
room, young-adult area, program room, quiet reading room and a Nora Roberts
Verizon Wireless leased 1,828 square feet of space in Silver Moon Shopping Center at 179 International Drive in Kelly Township,
Union County, near Lewisburg. Coldwell Banker
Commercial Bennett Williams represented the tenant.
Easton Coach Co. leased 4,765 square feet of space with
parking at 125 Cameron St.
from Cargo LLC. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro
Township represented the
Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology leased 1,584 square feet of
medical space at 1300 Bent Creek Blvd. in Silver Spring Township from Perfect
Partners. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner.
Baltimore-based Milestones Achievement Center of America
Inc. leased 12,000 square feet of space at 555 Ryan Run Road in Manchester Township
from Ryan Run Properties LP for an educational facility. Sigma Realty
represented the tenant; Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams represented
Henderson Construction Services Inc. of York signed a contract to construct new
offices for Nestle Purina PetCare Co. near Mechanicsburg. TKS Architects Inc. of Lower Allen
Township is the project

Saubel’s Markets of Shrewbury broke ground for a larger
store at 2902 Whiteford Road
in Harford County, Md. The 43,000-square-foot store will be
more than double the size of the current building there. It will include a
pharmacy, a seafood department and expanded grocery selection.
Lobar Inc. of Dillsburg completed renovations and additions
to Bermudian Springs High School in Adams
County, including work on
the auditorium, music and stage areas and the library. The 95,000-square-foot
addition includes an administrative office, classrooms, cafeteria and
Lobar completed construction of elevator shafts and
installation of elevators in the East Campus Building
and Zimerli Gymnasium at Lock Haven University
in Clinton County.
Lobar completed construction of a student recreation center
at Shippensburg University that includes a new gymnasium
with synthetic rubber sports floor and indoor running track, cardio workout
facility, weight room, two racquetball courts and lockers.
Lobar completed construction of a one-story
less-than-truckload ammunition shipping facility at Letterkenny Army Depot in Franklin County for the U.S. Department of Defense’s Army Corps of Engineers. The
project included a 3,800-square-foot office, a 10,600-square-foot warehouse and
a 1,200-square-foot outdoor deck.
Dealer Services Corp., an inventory finance company, leased
office space at 6400 Flank Drive
in Lower Paxton Township. Landmark Commercial Realty and NAI CIR
handled the transaction.
Massachusetts-based Noresco, an energy-service company,
leased 1,350 square feet of office space at 1029 Mumma Road in Wormleysburg from
Pennsylvania Coupon Redemption Services Inc. High Associates Ltd. of Upper Allen
Township represented the
tenant; NAI CIR represented the landlord.
