Gamestop leased 2,247 square feet of retail space in The
Shops at Foster Brook in Foster Township, McKean
County. LMS Commercial
represented the tenant and landlord.
McNeese, Wallace & Nurick leased 9,000 square feet of
office space in the Union National Bank building at 570 Lausch Lane in Manheim Township.

Pike Sports and Tsitsiri Enterprises Inc. bought the former
Damon’s restaurant building and equipment at 4713 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township and re-opened the restaurant
under a new name, The Grille of Hampden. Bennett Williams Realty Inc. of York represented the
seller, MLJJ of Harrisburg West, and NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the
landowner, Robin Richard Realty.
Fischbach Morgan & Associates (FMA), a
landscape-architectural and civil-engineering firm based in Mechanicsburg, was
awarded a project by Alliant Engineering Inc. of Minneapolis
and Oppidan Investment Co. of Minnetonka, Minn.,
for the development of a Camping World in Middlesex Township.

Eileen Norman opened Everything Cabinets, an off-price,
discounted warehouse store at the rear of 3525 N. Sixth St. in Harrisburg. The store will sell cabinets and

A group of local investors bought the 5,000-square-foot
medical office at 816 Belvedere

restaurant on 3.5 acres of land it bought at TecPort

He leases 19,200 square feet of space in the 48,000-square-foot building. A
limited partnership named D.B.C. Family owns the property. The other tenant is

Facilities Planners Architects Inc., a planning,
architecture and interior-design firm in Lower Paxton Township, will provide
planning and design services to The Max Group of Owings Mills, Md., for
renovations of the canopy, lobby and other public spaces at 18 S. George
St.,York. The Max Group is a real estate firm.

project-management services for a 3,400-square-foot branch office for

in Manheim Township, signed leases with three new
tenants. Chiropractic 1st, the office of Dr. Matthew Mullins, will start
construction soon. This spring and summer, Tanning Villa and Mojo, an Asian and
sushi restaurant, will open. LMS Commercial Real Estate handled the leases.
Herre Bros. Inc. of Hampden
Township signed a contract with
Kinsley Construction Inc. of York Township for mechanical work at Gettysburg College.
The project is slated to be completed by August.

10,000 square feet of warehouse space at 532 E. Emaus St. in Middletown for its Harrisburg-area
distribution operations from Miller Investments of Baltimore. NAI CIR handled
Perfect Sealer, an asphalt-maintenance company, leased 800
square feet of additional warehouse space at 1501-1513 N. Cameron St. in Harrisburg for products
and equipment storage. NAI CIR handled the deal.
Mark Pyramids Inc. leased a 2,000-square-foot site at 3045 N. Fifth St.
Highway in Reading
for 20 years for a drive-in Checkers Restaurant. Coldwell Banker Commercial
Bennett Williams and Legend Properties represented the tenant; Bennett Williams
also represented the landlord, 201-221 Realty LLC.

leased 1,460 square feet of office space at 1100 Bent Creek Blvd. in Silver Spring Township for its headquarters. NAI CIR
