Ed Laman of Smoker's Express Cigarette Outlet leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Maple Village II, 984 Loucks Road, York from Maple III Associates. The lease is for five years. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented both parties.

Dorgan & Zuck Building Contractors Inc. of York is remodeling the 13,500-square-foot York Adams Tax Bureau building in York County. The building is scheduled to be completed in the spring.

Dorgan & Zuck Building Contractors is remodeling a warehouse in School District of the City of Lancaster's Scheffy Administration Building to add six offices to the building. The project is scheduled for completion in April.

The Center for Independent Living of Central PA opened a Living Well Fitness Center in its office at 207 House Ave. in East Pennsboro Township. Living Well is a fully accessible fitness center for people with disabilities.

Jill & Company Inc. purchased the Color Me Mine franchise at Colonial Commons in Lower Paxton Township from D.L. Miller Enterprises Inc. Color Me Mine is a paint-your-own-pottery business. MCA Business Brokers of Lower Paxton Township represented the seller.

Dr. Joanna M. Deleo leased approximately 1,500 square feet of office space at 4811 Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township from OLS Partners. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented the owner.

The Lending Center leased approximately 1,077 square feet of office space at 3461 Market St. in Camp Hill from Young's Grove Properties. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner.

Haven Mortgage Services renewed its lease with Catskill Properties and added 1,000 square feet of office space at 3920 Market St. in Hampden Township. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner.

Kutt-A-Way purchased an 8,700-square-foot commercial warehouse building at 8011 Paxton St. in Swatara Township from Rosewein Realty for a regional John Deere Equipment dealership. Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the deal.

Overnight Office Inc. leased 14,477 square feet of warehouse space at 800 Paxton St. in Harrisburg from D-E Distribution Corp. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the tenant; Landmark Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Steve Wian, Carol Wian and Rick Wortman bought Bratina's Steak House at 2125 W. Harrisburg Pike in Lower Swatara Township. The restaurant will be renamed Tree House Grill and will keep the same staff and menu. The Susquehanna Township office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams Realty handled the deal.
