Lion Technologies Inc. relocated to 63 N. Main St. in Red Lion. The computer-repair shop has 2,000 square feet of space, more than three times as much space as before, and twice as many repair stations. The company also will offer math tutoring for elementary-school students, computer training and computer-gaming competitions.

Ed Hidden Photography renewed its lease at 207 Walnut Alley in New Cumberland. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg handled the transaction.

Z&H Properties leased a 3,000-square-foot office building at 2608 N. Third St. in Harrisburg for the Hynum Law Firm. Weichert Realtors of Lower Paxton Township represented Z&H in the transaction, and NAI CIR represented the landlord.

Delaware-based Teksolv, which helps businesses with regulatory compliance and review, leased 2,100 square feet of office space at 100 Mountain Road in Lower Paxton Township from Kevin Freedman. NAI CIR represented Freedman in the transaction.

Omega Products, a manufacturer of juicers, renewed its lease of 5,900 square feet of warehouse space at 8176 Presidents Drive in Swatara Township. NAI CIR negotiated the deal.

R.E. Kaylor Enterprises purchased a five-unit investment property at 349 N. Front St. in Steelton from Kim Ward and Robert Shuman. Re/Max Realty Associates Inc. of Camp Hill represented the buyer in the transaction; Commercial Realty Group Inc. of Lemoyne represented the sellers.

Temple of the New Beginning purchased a 7,200-square-foot former Rite Aid store at 1527 State St. in Harrisburg from Slane Co. for a place of worship. NAI CIR represented both parties in the transaction.

Wagman Construction Inc. of Manchester Township broke ground on an independent-living apartment building at Carroll Village, a PHI retirement community in Dillsburg. The 41-unit, three-story building will be called Moyer House. The $8.3 million project is scheduled for completion in June 2009.

Nolts Office Furniture leased a 16,251-square-foot warehouse at 501 Alexander Drive in Ephrata Township from Capohn Inc. Capohn remodeled the facility to accommodate multiple industrial tenants. High Associates Ltd. of East Lampeter Township handled the transaction.

Insurance Newsnet.com Inc. leased approximately 1,400 square feet of office space at 355 N. 21st St. in East Pennsboro Township from 355 N. 21st Street Associates. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented the owner.

Attorney Anthony Stefanon purchased a 3,300-square-foot office building for his civil-law practice at 1847 Center St. in Camp Hill from CSC Properties. Landmark Commercial Realty represented both parties.

Capital Area Intermediate Unit leased approximately 7,215 square feet of office space at 635 N. 12th St. in Lemoyne from Szeles Properties. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner.

Goodwill Industries renewed its lease of 7,300 square feet of space in Lincolnway East Shopping Center on Lincoln Way East in Guilford Township. Springwood Commercial Realty of York Township represented the landlord.

China Kitchen renewed its lease of 1,343 square feet of space in Clearview Shopping Center on Carlisle Street in Hanover. Springwood Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Verizon Wireless leased 1,764 square feet of retail space in Lincolnway East Shopping Center. Springwood Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Fisher Auto leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Clearview Shopping Center. Springwood Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Holleran Consulting leased 7,862 square feet of office space at 3700 Hempland Road in West Hempfield Township. Springwood Commercial Realty negotiated the lease.

Glamorous Pooch leased 1,983 square feet of retail space at 3700 Carlisle Road in Dover Township. Springwood Commercial Realty negotiated the lease.

Rugged Wearhouse leased 11,825 square foot of retail space in Lincolnway East Shopping Center. Springwood Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Dunkin' Donuts leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 2110 Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township for 20 years from Satguru Inc. Franchisee Men at Work will open a store at the location. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York handled the transaction.
