First Alliance Home Mortgage leased 536 square feet of office space at 1 W. Market St. in York. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

PMP Realty Associates bought a 55,814-square-foot industrial building at 3491 Industrial Drive in Springettsbury Township from Kreutz Stream Ltd. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

3B Lancaster bought a multi-building industrial complex on Keller Avenue in Manheim Township from Gary Hollinger. NAI Commercial Partners represented the buyer.

3B York bought 13 acres of land in Wrights Crossing Industrial Park in Hellam Township from Robert N. Blessing, et al. NAI Commercial Partners represented the buyer.

Seal Masters, an asphalt-application company, bought a 20,000-square-foot building at 5970 Derry St. in Swatara Township. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township. represented the buyer; NAI CIR represented the seller.

Alexander Building Construction completed construction of a 33,000-square-foot U.S. Army Reserve Center on 24 acres of land along state Route 26 near Pleasant Gap, Centre County. The facility includes an administrative area, a unit storage area, an operations-maintenance shop, a fitness room, meeting space and an unheated storage area.

Bodybuilding.com leased 70,493 square feet of warehouse distribution space at 431 Railroad Ave. in Shiremanstown for an East Coast distribution center. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant; NAI CIR and First Industrial Realty Trust represented the owner.

Hronis & Hronis Properties purchased the former Tall Timbers Motel on 1.5 acres of land at Allentown Boulevard and Clover Lane in West Hanover Township. Landmark Commercial Realty represented both parties.

True Worshipers Ministries leased a 2,400-square-foot retail building at 2314 Walnut St. in Susquehanna Township. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Alternative Environmental Solutions Inc. relocated its office to Urban Place at 480 New Holland Ave. in Lancaster. The firm provides environmental property assessment, compliance, hydro-geologic and remediation services.

Harrisburg-based Graystone Bank broke ground for a branch office at 2300 E. Market St. in Springettsbury Township. The branch will include two drive-up lanes and a drive-up automated-teller machine. The project developer is Apple Retail Properties; the contractor is Richard D. Poole. The office is scheduled to open in May.

Sheetz Inc. leased two acres of land at the southwest corner of Route 15 and Old Mill Road in Dillsburg. A Hardees Restaurant that had been on the property was demolished, and a convenience store with 16 fueling pumps is scheduled to open this summer. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg handled the transaction.

Sequel Solutions, which administers payroll, tax and medical programs, leased 1,350 square feet of office space at 1500 N. Second St. in Harrisburg. NAI CIR handled the transaction.

Quality Bilt Equipment will move its headquarters to 4,400 square feet of warehouse and office space it leased at 1501-1513 N. Cameron St. in Harrisburg. The company sells and services new and refurbished recycling and waste equipment. NAI CIR handled the transaction.

Appalachian Settlement Agency leased approximately 1,000 square feet of office space at 2040 Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township from 2040 Partners. RSR Realtors of Lemoyne represented the tenant; Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. represented the owner.

Wilbur Smith Associates Inc. leased approximately 1,800 square feet of office space at 2040 Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township from 2040 Partners. Commercial Realty Group Inc. represented the tenant; Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner.

Donald Logan, a certified public accountant, leased approximately 1,000 square feet of office space at 1200 Camp Hill Bypass in East Pennsboro Township. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owner, limited liability company 1200 Camp Hill Bypass.
