Keystone Community Mental Health Services, a division of Keystone Human Services, leased more than 6,400 square feet of space at 3609 Derry St., Harrisburg. It plans to open two new personal-care facilities in the next two months in the Harrisburg area. It also offers services in Carroll County, Md., and it is in the process of opening a day treatment facility in the Chambersburg area. NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, handled the lease arrangements.
URS Corp., a full-service engineering and environmental firm, has moved its Harrisburg-area office to Rossmoyne Business Park, at 5010 Ritter Road, Suite 101, Mechanicsburg. URS offers services for land development, water resources, transportation, energy and environmental restoration. High Associates Ltd. coordinated the leasing transaction.
Amersham Health leased 7,500 square feet of office/flex space at 1351 Eisenhower Blvd., Harrisburg, for its regional pharmaceutical operation. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, handled the leasing arrangements for the property owner, Kusic Capitol Group.

Commerce Bank/Harrisburg will construct a branch office at 32nd Street and Trindle Road, Camp Hill, on the site of a former service station. The bank, which entered into a long-term lease with the Camp Hill Mall for the property, said the office is scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year. NAI-Commercial Industrial Brokers Inc., Lancaster, has been selected as listing agent for a 28,800-square-foot industrial facility in Lancaster owned by Yellow Freight.
Charming Forge Ltd. of Lancaster sold a 35,000-square-foot warehouse building in Flyway Business Park to Heat and Control Inc. of Hayward, Calif. NAI-Commercial Industrial Brokers Inc., Lancaster, and High Associates Ltd. of Lancaster handled the transaction.
