Hogg Construction Inc., a York-based commercial contractor, was awarded a contract for the expansion and renovations to Grace Lutheran Church, on North Charles Street in Red Lion. The project will include a 4,500-square-foot addition, plus some renovations.
Goth Construction Services Inc. has opened offices at 1 E. Main St. in Shiremanstown. Goth provides general construction and construction management services, with an emphasis on design/build projects.
LEASE/PURCHASE
Keystone Community Mental Health Services, a division of Keystone Human Services, leased more than 6,400 square feet of space at 3609 Derry St., Harrisburg. It plans to open two new personal-care facilities in the next two months in the Harrisburg area. It also offers services in Carroll County, Md., and it is in the process of opening a day treatment facility in the Chambersburg area. NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, handled the lease arrangements.
URS Corp., a full-service engineering and environmental firm, has moved its Harrisburg-area office to Rossmoyne Business Park, at 5010 Ritter Road, Suite 101, Mechanicsburg. URS offers services for land development, water resources, transportation, energy and environmental restoration. High Associates Ltd. coordinated the leasing transaction.
Amersham Health leased 7,500 square feet of office/flex space at 1351 Eisenhower Blvd., Harrisburg, for its regional pharmaceutical operation. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, handled the leasing arrangements for the property owner, Kusic Capitol Group.
Techquip Group leased office space at 1521 Cedar Cliff Drive, Camp Hill. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, handled the leasing transaction for the property owner, Cliffdale Offices.
Edward D. Jones & Company leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 2090 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, and NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, handled the leasing arrangements for the building owner, PA Corporate Plaza Associates.
Thomas J. Smarsh relocated his chiropractor’s office to 3514 Trindle Road in Camp Hill. Smarsh leased the 1,656-square-foot office from Nelson and Eleanor Entwistle. Lease negotiations were handled by Commercial Realty Group Inc. in Lemoyne.
Danielle D. Crull has leased office space at 6423 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. Crull plans to open an optometry office. Lease negotiations were handled by Commercial Realty Group Inc., Lemoyne.
Commerce Bank/Harrisburg will construct a branch office at 32nd Street and Trindle Road, Camp Hill, on the site of a former service station. The bank, which entered into a long-term lease with the Camp Hill Mall for the property, said the office is scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year. NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, handled the long-term land lease negotiations between Commerce Bank and Camp Hill Mall.
Science Applications International Corp., an engineering firm headquartered in La Jolla, Calif., has renewed its lease at 3 Crossgate Drive, Hampden Township. NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty Co., Wormleysburg, assisted in negotiating the lease with Kusic Capital Group.
NAI-Commercial Industrial Brokers Inc., Lancaster, has been selected as listing agent for a 28,800-square-foot industrial facility in Lancaster owned by Yellow Freight.
Charming Forge Ltd. of Lancaster sold a 35,000-square-foot warehouse building in Flyway Business Park to Heat and Control Inc. of Hayward, Calif. NAI-Commercial Industrial Brokers Inc., Lancaster, and High Associates Ltd. of Lancaster handled the transaction.
Philip J. Longenecker purchased the former Spectrum Control properties at 1593 and 1595 S. Mount Joy St., Elizabethtown. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., Lemoyne, represented the seller, and Preferred Realty represented Longenecker.
