Commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap said it brokered the sale of 4251 Crums Mill Road in Lower Paxton Township to Crumil LLC, a private investment company from York County. The selller was Jerich II LLC, a Dauphin County-based investment company.
The 21,440-square-foot office building, which is near the Colonial Park Mall and Jonestown Road, is occupied by Merakey, a nonprofit that provides developmental, behavioral health and educational services nationwide.
Based in Montgomery County, Merakey uses the Lower Paxton office for business operations and fiscal administration, according to its website. The company recently signed a seven-year lease, according to Marcus & Millichap.
The broker said the previous owner invested in numerous building improvements, including additional space for Merakey, new mechanical and electrical systems, a new roof and paved parking lot, new flooring and security upgrades.
Craig Dunkle, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, handled both sides of the transaction.
