Lewisburg, Union County-based Albright Care Services named Dr. Earl H. Brinser regional medical director of the Lebanon and Lancaster centers of Albright Living Independently For Elders, which provides an at-home alternative to nursing home care for people age 55 and older. He was in private practice in Lebanon for more than 32 years. He is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
