Manheim Township-based RKL LLP named Russ Gladfelter a manager in the tax services group, focusing on multistate and consolidated C Corporation and S Corporation entity structures. Tina Heinnickel was named a senior consultant in the financial management solutions practice. She is a certified public accountant. Stacie DeJesus was named a client success manager in the consulting services group. She will manage, retain and expand client relationships. Oliver Arthur and Samantha Claar were named managers in the audit services group. Arthur will focus on public sector entities. He is a CPA and chartered global management accountant. Claar is a CPA and specializes in employee benefit plan audits.

Syracuse, New York-based American Dairy Association North East, which includes Pennsylvania, named John Chrisman CEO.
Susquehanna Township-based Pennsylvania State Nurses Association named Tom Dougherty government relations specialist. He will lead the strategic legislative platform and educate and guide members’ efforts on professional nursing and health care issues.
Gettysburg-based Adams County Bar Association named Adam D. Boyer a board member. He is an attorney in the trusts and estates, business and real estate practice groups of Lancaster-based Barley Snyder.
New Jersey and Harrisburg-based CrossState Credit Union Association named Susan Ward-Diorio executive director of its CrossState Credit Union Foundation.
Wormleysburg-based Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association named Lisa Dell’Alba chair of its board. Justin Evans was named vice chair, Andrea Karns treasurer and Mike Mammone secretary. Dell’Alba is president and CEO of Square One Markets Inc., Evans is vice president of sustainability and government relations for Giant Eagle Inc., Karns is vice president of marketing and sales at Karns Foods, and Mammone is senior director of customer experience at the Robesonia division of C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Camp Hill-based Linkbancorp Inc. named Adam Pierce chief operations and technology officer. He will lead technology and bank operations.

Lower Allen Township-based Duck Donuts named Cathy Chavenet vice president of marketing. She will lead the brand’s core marketing strategies. Tom Perella was named director of technology. He will provide technology vision and strategy.

Harrisburg-based Team Pennsylvania Foundation elected Brian F. Jackson co-chair. He will lead the foundation along with Gov. Tom Wolf. He is chair of Harrisburg-based McNees Wallace & Nurick.
Health care
Derry Township-based Penn State Health named Kyle Snyder regional chief operating officer and Leslyn Williamson regional chief nursing officer for Hampden and Holy Spirit medical centers. Snyder will be responsible for day-to-day hospital operations and support services and oversee the Sleep Center in Lemoyne and Penn State Health Life Lion LLC operations on the West Shore. Williamson will be responsible for nursing and patient experience at both medical centers.

She will continue to increase capacity to support significant sales growth, enable increased efficiencies and oversee quality assurance, engineering, productivity and innovation. Chad Whyte was named executive vice president of supply chain. He will continue to oversee logistics and the IBM program and also procurement.
