Newsmakers: Reynolds names executive vice president

Accounting

Manheim Township-based RKL LLP named Danielle Bailey director of business and asset management. She will focus on the integration of RKL’s systems, facilities and processes across all locations, service lines and entities. Most recently, she was office manager. She has more than six years of military service and an associate degree from Pierce College. Deanna Higgins was named director of administrative services. She will manage the administrative support teams across all offices. She was manager of support services in the Wyomissing office. She has a bachelor’s degree from Philadelphia University. Jason Jones was named manager in the financial services industry group. He will deliver internal audit and other assurance services to financial institution clients. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University. Marco Angelone was named manager in the audit services group. He will serve the assurance and employee benefit plan needs of clients primarily in the construction industry. He is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University.

Architecture/engineering

Manor Township-based Rettew named Matthew Ridgway a senior engineer for the geotechnical group. He will work in the Pittsburgh office, oversee projects involving slope stability issues and perform geotechnical engineering calculations and field investigations. Most recently, he was a geotechnical engineering manager with CTL. He has two bachelor’s degrees from West Virginia University. Austin Steffy was named a senior designer in the land development group. He will assist with engineering and designs for development projects mainly in the commercial market. Most recently, he was a project manager and designer at Red Barn Consulting Inc. He has an associate degree from York Technical Institute.

Banking/finance

Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. named Susan Valerio branch-II manager at its Newmanstown location. She will continue providing financial products to clients in eastern Lebanon and western Berks counties. She was branch manager I.

Lower Allen Township-based LeTort Trust named Allisha A. Proper retirement and personal trust officer. She will support the retirement plan services team and expand relationships with corporate clients. She was employed with BB&T Bank. She has a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University.

Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Bank named Timothy J. Merrell senior vice president and director of cash management and treasury services in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg service areas. He has a bachelor’s degree from Peirce College.

Construction

Manchester Township-based Keystruct Construction Inc. named Laurie Keasey an accounts payable clerk. She will process invoices, coordinate vendors’ paperwork and assist subcontractors with forms to ensure their payments. She is also a licensed Realtor. Brian Kunselman, Trent Wolf and Shane Tawney were named superintendents. Kunselman will coordinate workflows, supervise field staff, and be the liaison between the client and the project management team. He has a bachelor’s degree from Westminster College. Wolf will plan and organize jobsite manpower and equipment to complete the work on time, within budget and quality standards. He has more than 45 years of experience and was foreman. Tawney will oversee the job site’s field staff, coordinate the project to maintain productivity and quality and monitor safety.

Harrisburg-based Reynolds named Damion Spahr executive vice president. He was vice president and established the company’s King of Prussia office. He has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.

Sister company Reynolds Restoration Services named Steve Davis emergency services manager. He will coordinate resources, equipment and training for emergency projects in the Harrisburg service area. He was a project manager and estimator. Brittan Freeman was named assistant project manager. He will manage the reconstruction of residential and commercial projects within the Harrisburg service area. He was a carpenter and assistant superintendent. Steven Malehorn was named emergency services field supervisor. He will bridge gaps between field and administrative staff to ensure quality and client satisfaction in the Harrisburg service area. He was a restoration technician.

East Lampeter Township-based High Construction Co. named Eric J. Gardner assistant project manager. He will collect, review and process submittals and requests for information, activate and maintain accurate project files and assist project managers with construction project management. He was project engineer for Wohlsen Construction. He is a captain in the U.S. Army National Guard, has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Drexel University.

Education

Millersville University named James Delle associate provost for academic administration. He will lead and direct curricular and academic matters and assist the provost in academic administration. He was the associate dean of the college of arts and sciences and acting associate provost at Shippensburg University. He has a bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross College, a master’s degree from the College of William and Mary and a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts.

Carlisle-based Dickinson College named Kendall Isaac general counsel. He will oversee all legal matters. He was general counsel and chief of staff at Fort Valley State University in Georgia. He has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State, a law degree from Capital University Law School and a doctorate from Columbus State University.

Health care

Manchester Township-based Foundations Wellness Center of Pennsylvania named Aurora González clinical director. Most recently, she was the clinical supervisor at Retreat at Lancaster County. She is a certified alcohol and other drug counselor and has a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s degree from York College.

York-based WellSpan Health named Dr. Felice P. Moody a plastic surgeon with WellSpan Plastic Surgery in Ephrata. She has a medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine.

Law

Harrisburg-based McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC named Adrian Dean II an attorney with the real estate practice group. He has a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University and a law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Logan Hetherington was named an attorney with the litigation practice group. He has an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University and a law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle. Errin McCaulley Jr. was named an attorney with the energy and environment practice group. He has a law degree from Penn State Law. Alexandra Snell was named an attorney with the corporate and tax and healthcare practice groups. She has an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Lancaster-based Barley Snyder named Kalani Linnell and Kareemah Mayer full-time associates. Linnell will be a member of the education practice group. She has a law degree from Drexel University’s Kline School of Law. Mayer will be a member of the employment practice group. She has a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Manufacturing

East Lampeter Township-based High Steel Structures LLC named Shannan L. Givler office manager. She will supervise main office reception personnel, coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, and plan and execute special projects. She was administrative coordinator.

East Lampeter Township-based High Steel Structures LLC named Rusty E. Wynegar vice president of operations. He will direct day-to-day operations, focusing on strategic planning, strong leadership, and setting goals for company growth. Most recently, he was plant manager for the Williamsport facility. He has a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology and an MBA from Elizabethtown College. Michael J. Michener was named estimating manager. He will set goals and encourage innovative techniques for estimates. Most recently, he was production systems planner. He has a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University and a certificate from Harrisburg Area Community College. Eddie W. Sprangle was named fabrication supervisor. He will oversee third-shift operations in Plant Two’s South Bay. He was the South Bay third-shift lead person.

Marketing

Harrisburg-based Pavone Marketing Group named Jonathan Cooper communications director. He will lead public relations, media and social media strategy for the company and its partner agencies. Most recently, he was senior vice president and director of content for LevLane.

Nonprofits

Harrisburg-based Tri County Community Action named Jeanne Troy development director. She will develop donor strategies and increase fundraising opportunities. She was a fundraiser for local nonprofits. She has a certificate from Indiana University Purdue’s Fund Raising School.

New Freedom-based Steam Into History named Loren H. Kroh a board member. He is the managing member of Corvus LLC and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
