Newsmakers: R. S. Mowery & Sons Inc. names director of logistics group

New Cumberland-based Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers Inc. named Gretchen Yarnall a transportation, environmental and engineering specialist. Manyi Yeung was named a project engineer with its site and civil infrastructure department. She is an engineer in training. Karl Rauchfuss was named a transportation construction inspection supervisor with the Philadelphia office; Patrick Scott was named a construction inspector in the Sparks, Md., office; and Hannah Graham was named an administrative assistant with the Bradford County office.

Banking/finance

Tioga County-based First Citizens Community Bank named Jeffrey Rae a vice president and business development officer with its Mount Joy office. He has more than 25 years of banking experience, most recently as a commercial team leader with Ephrata Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from West Virginia University. Gregory Hamsher was named a vice president and business development officer with the Lebanon Valley Mall office. He was a vice president and commercial lender with Ephrata Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in international business and insurance from Penn State.

Shippensburg-based Orrstown Bank named Adam Metz executive vice president and chief lending officer; Doug Hummer was named senior vice president and chief mortgage officer and Andrew Johnson was named senior vice president and co-director of commercial real estate with the Swatara Township office. They were employed with Metro Bank. Metz has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Juniata College, and Johnson has degrees in accounting and business administration and marketing from Muhlenberg College.

Construction

Silver Spring Township-based R. S. Mowery & Sons Inc. named Seth Hughes director of its logistics group. He will assist with business development and client relationships. He has more than 21 years of construction industry experience and a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.

Lancaster-based Wickersham Construction and Engineering Inc. named Angie Martinozzi an assistant project manager for the industrial services division. She has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Consulting

East Lampeter Township-based High Environmental Health & Safety Consulting Ltd. named Kenneth G. Reisig Jr. a consultant. He was an environmental health and safety manager with UTC/Pratt & Whitney. He has an associate degree in chemistry from Monroe Community College in New York, a bachelor’s degree in environmental management from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in manufacturing and lean technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Affiliate StructureCare named Evan Roberts a business development representative for the metro Washington, D.C. area. He was a field safety specialist with Grainger. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
