Manheim Township-based Trout Ebersole & Groff LLP named Arleen Steiner a tax services manager. She will focus on litigation support, fraud investigation, forensic accounting, bankruptcy support and tax planning. She was employed with Baker Tilly, SF&Co. and Greenberg & Co. LLC. She also provides expert testimony in litigation cases. Arthur Amelio Jr. was named an audit services manager, focusing on financial statement and employee benefit plan engagements. He was employed with CliftonLarsonAllen.

Architecture/ engineering

Swatara Township-based Herbert Rowland & Grubic Inc. named Ryan Brockman a financial project manager, including infrastructure financial planning, utility rate analysis, asset valuation and municipal authority implementation. He has eight years of experience.

Lycoming County-based Larson Design Group named Michael Young a project manager with the site department in its Lititz office. He has more than 15 years of experience in commercial developments, institutional projects and senior living facilities. He is a registered landscape architect with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Purdue University. Matt-hew Scheid was named a project engineer. He is a professional engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.


Swatara Township-based Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association and its foundation named Robert Moran interim executive director. He was CEO of several health care associations and interim CEO for several other organizations.


Springettsbury Township-based Campbell Associates named Ken Bruggeman a business development professional specializing in worship facilities.

Health care

East Pennsboro Township-based Holy Spirit named Dr. Craig Fultz an orthopedic surgeon with Holy Spirit Orthopaedic Surgery. He will focus on open and minimally invasive treatment of musculoskeletal problems. He was a surgeon with Orthopaedic Surgeons of Central Pennsylvania Ltd. He is a graduate of Penn State College of Medicine.

East Pennsboro Township-based Urology of Central PA named Natalia Neagu a certified nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Widener University.


High Hotels Ltd. of East Lampeter Township named Gary M. Raymond director of hospitality projects. He will oversee renovations, capital expenditure projects and new-build construction. He was a consultant with LaQuinta Inns and Suites. He has an associate degree in engineering and architecture from New Hampshire Technical Institute. Rudy E. Kilgore was named assistant general manager of Courtyard by Marriott-Lancaster. He will oversee front desk and bistro operations. He was general manager of Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. He has a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies and education from Lancaster Bible College. JJ Chronister was named director of sales and marketing with TownePlace Suites-Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Millersville University.


Spring Garden Township-based Graham Architectural Products named Jeff Bailey a shipping supervisor. He has been with the company for 35 years, most recently as a shipping coordinator. Donald Perryman was named an assembly supervisor. He was a quality inspector. Anthony Moore was named vice president of operations. He was employed with Alcoa/Traco, Cummins; and NASA. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from North Carolina Central University and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.


Lower Paxton Township-based Sacunas named Jessica Wolfe an account director. She will oversee creative and branding services, social media strategy and programs and video production.
