Susquehanna Township-based Capital BlueCross named Dr. Pauline Kostelac a medical director. She is a family practice physician with 22 years of clinical practice, most recently with Washington Heights Medical Practice in Lemoyne. She is a graduate of Wilkes College and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Jonathan Hjelm was named director of pharmacy operations. He has 11 years of pharmacy experience and will support commercial pharmacy products and operations, including benefit, financial and clinical pharmacy strategy; specialty pharmacy operational activities; vendor relationships; and state regulatory and audit functions. He was employed with Pharmastar PBM. He has a doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy.
