York-based Royal Square Development & Construction named Damian Nagle vice president of construction. He has more than 30 years of commercial construction experience with Paragon Engineering Services, Stewart & Tate Construction and Kinsley Construction.
East Lampeter Township-based H.L. Wiker Inc. named Brad Shulenberger director of operations. He was director of business development. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Diane Richard was named executive assistant. She has been with the company for 26 years and most recently was a payroll coordinator. Kayla Beck was named a human resource generalist. She has HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in business administration management from Millersville University. Ben Morrison was named an assistant project manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from PCT.
