Lancaster Chamber elected Timbrel Chyatee, Jocelyn Engle, Genise Wade, Eric Wenger and Kathryn Sandoe to its board of trustees. Chyatee is the owner of Chyatee. Engle is publisher for Engle Printing & Publishing Co. Inc. Wade is chief human resources officer for The Wenger Group. Wenger is a certified public accountant and a managing partner for the Lancaster office of RKL LLP and leads its tax outsourcing practice. Sandoe is with Kathryn Sandoe LLC.

Rindfuss is a senior associate at Triad Strategies. Singh is vice president at Orrstown Bank. Maurer is sales manager at theBurg. Wormleysburg-based Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association named Paul Brauer, Deriece Harrington and Shawn Rinnier board members. Brauer is president and chief operating officer of Westville, New Jersey-based Brown’s Super Stores Inc., which has Philadelphia-area locations; Harrington is director of government affairs with PepsiCo., representing the company in the Mid-Atlantic region, and Rinnier is president of Save Philly Stores.
Banking and finance
Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. named Jessica Francis business solutions officer. Francis will identify and customize solutions to help increase businesses’ efficiency and profitability, as well as fraud protection solutions.
Indiana County-based S&T Bank named Michael Tschudy commercial banking market leader in York. Tschudy will lead business lending, day-to-day banking, fraud protection, wealth management planning and consumer banking in the region.
Economic development
York County Economic Alliance named Silas Chamberlin chief strategy officer. Katie Mahoney was named chief marketing and business development officer.
Construction
Silver Spring Township-based Mowery named Daniel Gagliano director of design. Gagliano will develop project designs, collaborate with outside design firms and manage a team of architects, engineers and designers.
Government
The Pennsylvania Senate confirmed Pamela M. Iovino of Allegheny County as a commissioner with the State Civil Service Commission.
Health care
Pittsburgh-based UPMC named Dr. Peter Wallick a member of its provider network. He is a plastic surgeon who specializes in hand and wrist surgery and practices with UPMC Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Chambersburg in Franklin County.
Law
 Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named Steve Costello and Chad Goebel leaders of its healthcare litigation group. They are shareholders. Christopher A. Stump, shareholder and previous leader of that group, retired.
York-based Stock and Leader LLP elected attorneys Sarah L. Doyle and Leigh E. Dalton partners. Doyle is a member of the business, municipal and school practice groups and the litigation team and counsels on governance issues. Dalton is a member of the school law practice group and guides clients on issues including special education and pupil personnel matters. Attorney Stephen J. Fleury Jr. was named equity shareholder. York-based CGA Law Firm elected Stephen R. McDonald a shareholder. McDonald is a civil litigation and criminal defense attorney and the solicitor for multiple southcentral Pennsylvania municipalities, and the York County Clerk of Court’s Office.

York-based LifePath Christian Ministries named Clarence J. Dade director of operations. Dade will lead operations and shelter programs and services across York County.
Springettsbury Township-based Cultural Alliance of York County elected Jared Bean chair, James K. Fowler chair-elect, Suzanne Becker secretary, Tiffani Spangler treasurer, Lee King allocations chair and Allison Meckley and Elizabeth Zifferer campaign co-chairs. Chris Velez, Ophelia Chambliss, Roxanna Gapstur, JT Hand, Vicki Karandrikas, Chad Paules and Bryan Tate were elected board members. Velez is audio systems manager for Production Express.
