York Township-based York Traditions Bank named Cheryl L. Riebling director of personal banking. She also will oversee the branch network. She has more than 29 years of banking experience, most recently as a senior vice president and head of retail with Metro Bank. She also was a district leader with Primerica in York. Carolyn Schaefer was named managing director of wealth management and specialized banking. She was managing director of personal banking and wealth management.
Buffalo, N.Y.-based M&T Bank Corp.’s Wilmington Trust subsidiary named Mark Fitzgerald a senior private banker for southcentral Pennsylvania, based in its York office. He will coordinate deposit and lending services for high-net-worth clients in the Lancaster, York and Hanover areas. He was a middle market relationship manager with M&T Bank’s Harrisburg region. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from York College.
