He has more than 20 years of experience and was director of marketing and project management for seven years. Previously, he was director of marketing for Community Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Lehigh University. Christina Dudley was named a branch executive officer. She will oversee two locations in Perry County. She was assistant manager of Members 1st Federal Credit Union’s Duncannon office for 18 years. Eric Fischer was named vice president of small-business lending. He was vice president of commercial lending with Centric Bank and business finance officer with Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC. He has a bachelor’s degree in metals science and engineering from Penn State and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. Brent Liner was named vice president and trust officer. He was a trust officer with Security National Trust Co. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a law degree and a master’s degree in trust and wealth management from Campbell University. Andrew Linn was named senior vice president and chief information security officer. He is a certified information security professional, and prior to joining Orrstown, he was executive director of application security and information management at JP Morgan Chase. Mike Miller was named vice president and financial adviser. He will be based in the bank’s Lancaster office. Miller is a chartered special needs consultant and specializes in helping parents of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities plan for the unique financial considerations of their families. Previously, he was a financial adviser at Mass Mutual of Eastern Pennsylvania. He has a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Ithaca College and an MBA from Temple University. Joanna Mullendore was named vice president of compliance and Community Reinvestment Act officer. She has experience in identifying and managing regulatory and enterprise risk and is an international association of privacy professional and a certified anti-money laundering specialist. Prior to Orrstown, she was a director in compliance and operational risk at Capital One. She also was a senior associate in the National Bank Regulatory and Advisory Services practice of KPMG Advisory Services LLC, a certified bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, the credit compliance officer at SunTrust Leasing Corp. and a commercial relationship manager at First National Bank of Maryland. She has an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA from the University of South Florida. She is also a graduate of Virginia Banker’s School of Bank Management. Judy Myers was named vice president and mortgage officer. Myers, who has more than 30 years of experience in banking, was most recently a retail mortgage banker for Susquehanna Bank. Sam Smith was named vice president and regional loan officer for the Lancaster location. Previously, he was a vice president and commercial relationship manager with Susquehanna Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Bucknell University School of Commercial Lending. Melissa Snyder was named vice president and relationship manager at the Lancaster location. She has 18 years of experience in banking and specializes in business loans and lines of credit, owner-occupied or investment real estate, and equipment financing. Previously, she was employed in senior-level business relationship roles at Wells Fargo, Citizens Bank and Sovereign Bank. Snyder holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Virginia University with an emphasis in industrial organizational psychology. Jessica Walter was named senior vice president of marketing. She was director of marketing and public relations for Summit Health in Franklin County and was public affairs officer for the Defense Logistics Agency’s Distribution Command in New Cumberland. Walter has a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Towson University and a master’s degree in leadership and business ethics from Duquesne University.
