Swatara Township-based Metro Bank named Tracy Miller a vice president and manager of its Union Deposit branch. She has 20 years of banking experience, most recently as a branch manager with M&T Bank, and a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University. Rebekah Sanders was named a loan settlement officer for the York and Lancaster regions. She was a commercial loan documentation specialist with Centric Bank. She has more than 10 years of experience and an associate degree from Harrisburg Area Community College. Frank Koser was named an assistant vice president and commercial loan officer for the York region. He has more than 25 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Shippensburg University.

Ephrata-based Ephrata National Bank named Chad Neiss vice president of its residential mortgage group. He has more than 19 years of banking and mortgage experience, most recently as senior vice president of residential mortgage sales with Susquehanna Bank, and a BA in government from Franklin and Marshall College.

Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. named Timothy Kline a commercial lending team member. He was manager of the Palmyra branch. He has 30 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University.

Lititz-based Susquehanna Bancshares Inc. named Getty Wilson a residential mortgage banker with the Hampden Township office of Susquehanna Bank. She has 25 years of experience, most recently as a vice president and mortgage originator with Mid Penn Bank.
