Swatara Township-based Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. named Michael Postick a project manager with its civil engineering service group. He has 22 years of experience in stormwater management, erosion control and water and wastewater system engineering. He is a professional engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State. Josh Fox and Adrienne Vicari were named shareholders. Fox is regional service group manager of water and wastewater services. He has nine years of experience in the design and construction of water supply and distribution systems and stormwater facilities. Vicari is manager of financial services. She develops financing strategies, including long-range financial planning and government grants and loans. She also has extensive experience as an engineer designing water and wastewater system facilities.
