West Cornwall Township-based Steckbeck Engineering & Surveying Inc. named Scott M. Rights chief operating officer. He will oversee day-to-day operations and financials. He is a professional engineer with more than 27 years of water and wastewater consulting experience.

Lemoyne-based Eastern PCM LLC named Melanie Devorick office manager. She was a contract administrator. She has been with the company since 2005.
Team Pennsylvania Foundation named John D. Moran Jr. private sector co-chairman. He is president and chief executive officer of Moran Industries in Northumberland County. Anthony Bartolomeo, state Sen. John Blake, David Capitano, Nicholas DeBenedictis, Nina Esposito-Visgitis, Tim Holt, Roger Richards and Stephen Tang were named to the board. Justin Snyder was named lead physical therapist. He has nine years of rehabilitation experience.
Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC elected Stephen C. Gierasch to its board. Gierasch is co-managing shareholder of the Harrisburg office and a member of the corporate section. His practice focuses on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, dispositions, financings and shareholder issues.

Matthew Woods was named a digital marketing analyst and research associate. He will oversee digital marketing campaigns and market research. He has a bachelor’s degree in biological foundations of behavior, with an emphasis on marketing, from Franklin and Marshall College.
Susquehanna Township-based Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania elected John Dame and Christopher Rockey to its board. Dame owns Susquehanna Township-based Dame Management Strategies. Rockey is vice president of community development with PNC in Hampden Township.
Manheim Township-based Mennonite Home Communities named James D. Tesche director of facilities. He will oversee departments at the Mennonite Home and Woodcrest Villa campuses. He was employed with The Hershey Co. for 22 years.
East Hempfield Township-based Kline’s Services Inc. named Brian Schreiber operations manager.
