She says she’s been advising corporations, public and private entities, and government agencies for over 30 years, and SCP’s success in growing workplace diversity with measurable impact continues to be in demand. “As the daughter of immigrants, I am passionate about coaching clients on diversity and have equipped over 100,000 leaders to meet the future with clarity, confidence, and optimism,” Gould says.
She says managing DEI’s (diversity, equity and inclusiveness) evolving impact on organizations of all industries has been a welcome challenge. “How can organizations create cultures of inclusion? How can we measure this? With this opportunity in mind, we rebranded our DEI work as The SCP IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility/Allyship). IDEA recognizes that if organizations focus first on inclusion, then diversity, equity, and accessibility are transformed from concepts into powerful measurable results,” Gould says.
