Neil Shah, president and COO of Hersha Hospitality Trust, posted the largest stock transaction this month so far among executives and large shareholders at midstate-based public companies.
On Aug. 6, Shah bought 1,904 shares at $26.25 per share of the upscale hospitality company’s 6.875 percent Series C preferred shares, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The purchase was valued at $49,980, according to Yahoo Finance.
