Michele Buck is the 12th president and CEO of The Hershey Co. and the first woman to hold that job, which she took over in March 2017.
“She has two important roles, mom and business leader, that fulfill her life and she’s motivated by harnessing others’ strengths, expertise and perspectives,” according to a previous Power List profile.
Buck has more than 30 years of consumer packaged goods experience, her LinkedIn bio said. “I’ve had previous roles at Kraft/Nabisco and the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo, with a successful track record of building brands consumers love, developing high performing teams and creating sustainable businesses in a rapidly evolving economic and social marketplace.”
