President
Pyramid Construction Services Inc
As president, Klinepeter is responsible for supporting Pyramid’s teams, clients, and trade partners in providing construction services and solutions.
He has been with Pyramid for 20 years and has served as president for three years.
Seeing people and projects develop and succeed is very satisfying to Klinepeter. “This is a tough business, and celebrating success every chance you get can help keep things in perspective while reinforcing the efforts of all those involved,” he said.
Both his father and grandfather are important mentors to Klinepeter. “They taught me the importance of work ethic, relationships, and to lead by example. They spent their entire careers in the local construction industry, and I am fortunate to have worked with both of them,” he said.
He advises young people entering the construction field to approach any opportunity with a willingness to learn and adapt. “There is a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience being lost as industry veterans retire, and taking the time to ask questions will make you more effective in managing today’s challenges,” Klinepeter said.
