Md. contractor buys York County site

A Maryland contractor that provides foundations for residential and commercial construction is opening its first Pennsylvania location in York County, according to an announcement from the real estate agency involved in the deal.

Dico Inc. in late December bought a property at 3400 Board Road in Manchester Township for $560,000, said Kevin Hodge, an agent with York-based Rock Commercial Real Estate.

A Dico representative could not immediately be reached.
