Harrisburg-based McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC named Joe Cancilla an attorney in the corporate and tax law and mergers and acquisitions law groups. He was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary to a publicly traded industrial manufacturing company. He has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Bryce McKenney was named an energy and environmental law attorney. He will practice in the Columbus, Ohio, office and focus on any proceeding or market development that could affect the price and availability of utility service. Previously he was employed with the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, representing residential utility consumers in cases before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a law degree from Liberty University School of Law.
