Harrisburg-based McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC named attorney Teresa Harrold of counsel. She will focus on energy and environmental law and represent and counsel clients in of matters before public utility commissions. Most recently, she was a state regulatory attorney for FirstEnergy. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a law degree from Duke University School of Law.
