Hartzler has served as president for 10 years and has served as president and CEO since 2021. He provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization.
He says 2022 was punctuated by volatility and uncertainty. Stubborn inflation, persistent supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and rising interest rates complicated the decision-making process for the company’s clients planning construction projects. “To assist our clients navigate through these challenges, we doubled down on our efforts to provide them with timely information on a frequent basis to manage budget and scheduling issues,” Hartzler says.
