As president and CEO, Hartzler provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization.
He has served as president since 2013 and was named president and CEO last year {in 2021}.
Hartzler said he finds the most satisfaction in seeing team members excel in their areas of expertise. He enjoys supporting and encouraging Warfel’s team on a job well done.
“My parents were the most important mentors in my life. They taught me the satisfaction and reward in doing a task the right way,” he said.
He said the construction field is very rewarding. “I encourage young people to stick with it and work
hard. There is a lot of opportunity in our industry,” Hartzler said.
