Ranauro fills the dual role of founder and CEO. As a founder, he understands “why” the Benefix team is solving the problems they are, giving Benefix its purpose. The CEO role, at the company’s current stage, is hyper-focused on bringing the best team together, focusing them to deliver impact to the business, and growing our revenue and strategic value significantly.
He’s been in the position for five years.
Ranauro is proud of taking Benefix from an idea on how to create a less confusing way for small businesses to access health insurance and employee benefits, to powering a simpler and more insightful experience for over 190,000 small businesses and 3.4 million employees and their families.
His most important life lesson: “You can’t expect an exceptional outcome without exceptional effort.”
For fun Ranauro enjoys meditative things, to disconnect from a crazy schedule and recharge, working out at the gym, tennis, playing guitar and just about any card game.
