Madden has been in his position for three years. He said his job is to provide and support the real estate firm’s associates with the most innovative tools, technology and resources to supply their clients the greatest possible consumer experience. “I ensure our associates receive the training, tools and opportunities they need to optimize their business and enrich the lives of their families,” he said.
He said his proudest accomplishments are the daily accomplishments. “I am honored to be a part of a truly collaborative organization in a highly competitive industry. We are empowering our associates to think differently and grow their business, and then, the awesome part of witnessing them paying it forward to those who follow,” Madden said.
“We become the average of the people we surround ourselves with; so we must choose our mentors and those who we go into business with wisely,” he said is the most important life lesson he’s learned.
For fun, he enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Katie, are busy with their three year-old daughter, Olivia, and the family’s adopted golden retriever, Amelia. “We enjoy outdoor adventures, and (in a normal world) trying new restaurants and travel,” he said.
