A Missouri-based spa chain is moving into The Crossings at Conestoga Creek in Manheim Township this winter, the latest tenant commitment for the $120 million mixed-use project.
High Real Estate Group LLC, the East Lampeter Township-based developer of the project, on Wednesday announced the addition of MassageLuXe, a massage therapy spa.
MassageLuXe is expected to open in the Crossings by early February. It will be the chain’s 62nd location.
It the first service-oriented retailer to join the main street area of the new shopping center, which is located along Harrisburg Pike and Route 30. Wegmans is the anchor tenant in the development.
Wegmans opened in September. Miller’s Ale House, a sports restaurant and bar, followed in October.
Last month, luxury movie theater Reel Cinemas Inc., based in Narberth, Montgomery County, announced it will be building a seven-screen, 630-seat theater in the open-air development. The new Reel theater will be located near the crossing’s main street, which High says is planned to hold 25 shops and restaurants.
The Crossings also will include a 127-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, 258 luxury apartments and 90,000 square feet of main street retail shops and restaurants.
MassageLuXe is currently recruiting massage therapists, estheticians and sales associates. To celebrate the new location in Lancaster County, the chain also is offering a $35 pre-sale deal for a one-hour Swedish or deep-tissue massage.
