Still cooking: Distillery pioneers gear up for expansion

Three years after moving to North York, Old Republic Distillery is investing in a much larger still to boost its production volumes and expand its lineup of craft spirits. Old Republic was the first small-scale distillery to open in Central Pennsylvania after Pennsylvania created a limited distillery licensing category in 2012. Turkey Hill Dairy sold for $215M

Cincinnati, Ohio-based The Kroger Co. has closed on the sale of Turkey Hill Dairy with a Texas-based private equity firm. The price was $215 million.
